How long does setup take?

Most clients are fully onboarded in a single afternoon. We drop a lightweight tracking pixel on your site, set up call tracking numbers (if you need them), and connect Google Business and Search Console. You'll see live data within hours.

Where is my data hosted?

On App & Design's own Dell PowerEdge server running Ubuntu 24.04 in New Jersey. Your data is encrypted in transit via Cloudflare Tunnel and never leaves our infrastructure. No third-party data processors for your core client data.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

It's trained on each client's pages, services, locations, and reviews. It drafts reply suggestions for new leads, flags SEO issues before Google does, summarizes long reports, and answers business questions in plain English. Runs on self-hosted Ollama (deepseek-r1) — your data never trains a public model.

What can CLView integrate with?

Google Business Profile, Search Console, Google Analytics, Cloudflare DNS, Twilio for SMS and call tracking, Gmail SMTP for notifications, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Stripe webhooks. Custom integrations available for Agency-tier clients.

How does call tracking work?

We provision Twilio phone numbers that forward to your real business line. Every call gets logged with duration, source (which page or ad drove it), and recording (optional). You'll know exactly which town pages, services, or campaigns drive real revenue.
